Birth Doula Bio (Faith-Based •Family–Centered)
I am a Madison-based birth doula committed to supporting families with compassionate, informed, and faith-centered care. With a strong background in healthcare and patient advocacy, I walk alongside birthing people and their families during one of life’s most sacred and transformative moments—birth.
My professional experience in fertility healthcare has allowed me to support individuals through emotionally complex medical journeys, where trust, education, and clear communication are essential. I bring that same grounded presence into my doula work, helping families feel informed, confident, and empowered in their birth choices while navigating healthcare systems that can often feel overwhelming.
As a woman of faith, I believe birth is both a physical and spiritual experience. I honor the role of prayer, intention, and emotional reassurance as vital parts of the birthing process. My approach centers on meeting families where they are; emotionally, culturally, and spiritually—while advocating fiercely for respectful, dignified care.
I hold an Associate degree in Liberal Arts from Olive-Harvey College and am currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Health and Human Services. I am also a proud member of the National Society of Leadership and Success, reflecting my commitment to leadership, service, and lifelong learning.
Above all, my mission as a birth doula is to ensure families feel seen, heard, protected, and supported—from pregnancy through birth and beyond. I believe every family deserves a birth experience rooted in dignity, knowledge, and love.
