FEES (all fees are non-refundable)
$50 application fee submitted with the application. Any application submitted without an application fee will be considered incomplete, and not processed.
Once accepted, and unless other arrangements have been made, the remainder of your training fee will be due by NOON on August 1st, in order to hold your place in this training class. All unpaid applicants will be moved to the top of the waiting list for the next training session.
Fees can be also be paid via check or money order to Harambee Doula Care & Holistic Services, 1213 N Sherman Ave #297, Madison, WI 53704.
